Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 croissants or pretzel rolls
- 4 tbsp, heaped salad cream (Miracel Whip), variety “So Light Yogurt”, or mayonnaise
- e.g. chili flakes
- 1 romaine lettuce heart(s) or other lettuce
- 4 potato pancakes (potato pancakes), ready-made or homemade
- 12 strips of bacon
- 4 Camembert(s), breaded
- 4 tbsp, heaped wild cranberries

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve the croissants or rolls and mix the salad cream with the chili flakes. Pick a few suitable lettuce leaves and wash them. Now fry the bacon, potato pancakes, and Camembert in three pans (or one after the other in one pan). If you prefer a vegetarian option, simply omit the bacon. Then, spread 1 large tablespoon of chili mayo, lettuce leaves, 1 potato pancake, 3 strips of bacon, 1 Camembert, and 1 large tablespoon of wild cranberries on the bottom of each croissant or roll, then cover with the top halves.
