Trempo – Mallorcan summer salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 500 g vegetable onions
  • n. B. Pepper(s), green, approx. 2 – 3
  • 1 can of tuna or sardines in oil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very refreshing and quick to make

Chop the tomatoes, peppers, and onions into pieces (not too finely). Season the salad with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and parsley. Top with the tuna or sardines in oil. It’s one of my favorite summer salads.
