Tuna and apple salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 m.-sized apples
  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 medium-sized bell pepper(s)
  • 1 pack of feta cheese or soft cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • some salt and pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar (Crema di Balsamic vinegar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the onion, apples, tomatoes, and bell peppers into very small pieces. Mix them with the tuna in a bowl and add the lemon juice and seasoning. Crumble the feta cheese by hand and add it to the salad. Then add plenty of balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil. The balsamic cream adds a special touch.
