Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 espresso
- 150 ml milk or plant milk of your choice
- 2 tsp, heaped protein powder (e.g. almond vanilla or whey protein)
- some ice cubes, optional

A delicious fitness drink, hot or cold
For a warm preparation, froth the milk or milk substitute or prepare it in a fully automatic machine. Add the protein powder and stir until dissolved. Pour the milkshake into a tall glass. Prepare a fresh espresso and pour it into the milkshake, and you’re done. For an old-fashioned preparation, prepare an espresso and chill it. Blend the milk or milk substitute with the protein powder in a blender until creamy. Fill a tall glass with a few ice cubes, add the milkshake, and pour the cooled espresso over it. You’re done. Note: The amount of all ingredients can be adjusted according to taste. Plant milk can also be used instead of cow’s milk, and there are no limits to the type of protein powder.
