Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 800 g kohlrabi
  • 600 g carrot(s) (carrots)
  • 600 g beans, green
  • 800 g sauce, white (bechamel) hot seasoning
  • 250 g cheese, grated (Gryerzer or Parmesan)
  • Salt
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and prepare all the vegetables. Thinly slice the kohlrabi and then cut into stalks. Cut the carrots into stalks depending on their size and halve or third the beans. Cook each vegetable separately with salt and/or suitable seasoning until al dente. Place the vegetables in a glass bowl and mix. Pour the white sauce over them and finally scatter the grated cheese on top. Bake or gratinate in the oven at approx. 200°C with top heat (20-30 minutes depending on the oven) until the cheese is golden yellow. Can also be used with other vegetables depending on the season (cauliflower, zucchini, broccoli, peppers (peppers), etc.) Use your imagination.
