- 8 slice(s) cucumber(s)
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- Lollo Bianco, some small leaves, or other leaf lettuce
- 1 small shallot(s)
- 100 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 20 g chives, fresh
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Small, fresh salad for 1 person
Slice the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella. Arrange the washed lettuce leaves on a plate. Layer the cucumber, tomato, and mozzarella slices alternately over the lettuce leaves like roof tiles and season. Peel the shallot, slice it first, then cut it into small cubes, and place it in a bowl. Add the yogurt and the finely chopped chives and mix well. Season to taste and pour over the salad.
