Triple Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g dark chocolate
  • 75 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 drops of flavoring (almond flavoring)
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 g chopped white chocolate
  • 100 g chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-assisted). Melt dark chocolate and butter. Beat eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and almond flavoring until fluffy. Stir in chocolate butter. Stir in flour and baking powder. Fold in white chocolate. Pour into a greased 20 x 20 cm pan and bake for 25 minutes. Once cooled, cover with chocolate coating.
