Ingredients
- 75 g Butter
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 1 Egg
- 175 ml Milk
- 330 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g White chocolate
- 100 g Milk chocolate
- Cooking fat
Instructions
- Grease a muffin tin and refrigerate. Melt the dark chocolate and butter over the water bath and let cool down a little.
- Scrape out the vanilla pod. Whisk the vanilla pulp with the sugar and egg. Then stir in the milk and melted chocolate.
- Roughly chop white chocolate and milk chocolate. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt and fold into the dough together with the chocolate chips.
- Fill the dough into the recesses of the muffin pan and bake in the preheated oven (180 ° C) for about 18 minutes.
