Ingredients
 

  • 75 g Butter
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1 Egg
  • 175 ml Milk
  • 330 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g White chocolate
  • 100 g Milk chocolate
  • Cooking fat

Instructions
 

  • Grease a muffin tin and refrigerate. Melt the dark chocolate and butter over the water bath and let cool down a little.
  • Scrape out the vanilla pod. Whisk the vanilla pulp with the sugar and egg. Then stir in the milk and melted chocolate.
  • Roughly chop white chocolate and milk chocolate. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt and fold into the dough together with the chocolate chips.
  • Fill the dough into the recesses of the muffin pan and bake in the preheated oven (180 ° C) for about 18 minutes.
