Tropical fruit punch with sparkling wine and liqueur 43

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g frozen fruit (preferably tropical fruit mix)
  • 700 ml sparkling wine, dry or medium dry
  • 50 ml Liqueur 43 or similar liqueur
  • 500 ml orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the package of fruit (at least 500g, depending on your preference) in a large bowl (ideally at least 2.5 liters in capacity) and pour the entire bottle (750ml) of sparkling wine over it. Then add approximately 100ml of Liqueur 43 and the 500ml of orange juice. Then simply stir with a ladle, which you can also use to divide the liquid between glasses. The frozen fruit also keeps the punch perfectly chilled. If you like it a little sweeter, you can also flavor the punch with a little more liqueur or use a sweeter juice instead of the orange juice, such as peach nectar or something similar.
