Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 passion fruit(s), ripe
  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 1 pineapple, middle piece, ripe
  • 3 cl vanilla syrup
  • 3 cl syrup (amaretto syrup)
  • 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream if served as dessert

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Smoothie cocktail, non-alcoholic, with dessert option

Peel and core all the fruit. Blend the fruit and syrup in a green smoothie blender until smooth. No pineapple strands should remain. Let the smoothie cocktail rest in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. It can be enjoyed without ice. Serving suggestion as a dessert: Enjoy the smoothie cocktail with a scoop of vanilla ice cream from a cocktail glass.
