Trout Al Forno
The perfect trout al forno recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Pc. Fresh trout
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 40 g Margarine
- Clean, wash and dry the trout. Event. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt or as you like.
- Turn the trout in breadcrumbs and place in a roasting pan. Provided with flakes of fat.
- Approx. Bake for 20 minutes at 175 °, pouring liquid frying fat over them again and again.
