Trout Al Forno

The perfect trout al forno recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Fresh trout
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 40 g Margarine
  1. Clean, wash and dry the trout. Event. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt or as you like.
  2. Turn the trout in breadcrumbs and place in a roasting pan. Provided with flakes of fat.
  3. Approx. Bake for 20 minutes at 175 °, pouring liquid frying fat over them again and again.
