Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 trout fillet(s), smoked
- 125 g butter
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely mash the trout fillet in a bowl with a fork and mix with the butter. Season with horseradish, lemon juice, and pepper.
