Trout fillet salad with apples and nuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 smoked trout fillets
  • ½ apple, sour
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • ½ tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 dashes balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • some dill, freshly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Peel the apple and shallot and dice them into small pieces, roughly chop the nuts, and tear the fish fillets into small pieces. Make a dressing with mustard, honey, sour cream, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix with a little dill. Then mix everything carefully and thoroughly and let the salad marinate for about an hour before serving.
