Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g smoked trout fillet(s)
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 ½ tbsp capers
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Chop the onion, dill, and capers in a blender. Then add the trout fillets and sour cream and blend again. Finally, season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let everything marinate in the refrigerator for a good two hours. Tastes great on bread or as a dip for crackers and the like.
