Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g smoked trout fillet(s)
  • 125 g cream cheese with wild garlic
  • ½ lemon(s), untreated, juice and zest
  • 1 pepper, finely chopped, or a little less to taste
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Filling for filo pastry baskets, suitable for buffets, can be prepared

Finely mash the trout fillets and cream cheese with a fork. Stir in the pepperoni and season the cream with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Season again before serving and arrange in filo baskets, for example.
