Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can artichoke(s), approx. 400 g
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice, approx. 140 g
  • 1 small can of corn, approx. 140 g
  • some jalapeño(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients, roughly chopping the artichokes. Let the salad marinate briefly.
