Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can artichoke(s), approx. 400 g
- 1 can tuna in its own juice, approx. 140 g
- 1 small can of corn, approx. 140 g
- some jalapeño(s)
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- Vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients, roughly chopping the artichokes. Let the salad marinate briefly.
