Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 250 g artichoke hearts
- 1 pointed pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- some oil
- some white wine vinegar
- some salt and pepper
- n. B. garlic
- Salad herbs
- e.g. chili flakes
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Drain the artichoke hearts, then quarter them and place them in a bowl. Dice the bell pepper, thinly slice the onion, and add everything to the bowl. Drain the tuna, cut it into large pieces, and then add it to the other ingredients. Make a marinade with vinegar, oil, water, salt, pepper, garlic (fresh or granulated), chili flakes, and salad herbs. Mix the ingredients with the marinade and let the salad marinate for at least half an hour.
