Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 375 ml milk
- 80 g butter
- 100 g pasta
- 100 g sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- some lemon zest
- some salt
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Add a little butter to the boiling, lightly salted milk, then simmer the pasta until thickened and evaporate. Cream the remaining butter with the sugar until fluffy and gradually mix in the egg yolk and the cooled pasta mixture. Finally, carefully stir in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in a buttered casserole dish at 160°C (320°F) for 40 minutes.
