Oven – Goulash Pot …

  • 500 g Pork goulash (ma) fresh
  • 2 Fresh onions
  • 1 Cabanossi 150 g
  • 50 g Black Forest ham
  • 500 ml Sieved tomatoes
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 100 ml Tomato ketchup
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • Pepper and salt


  • Wash the meat, dry it and, if necessary, cut it into smaller pieces. Peel and roughly dice the onion. Peel the skin off the Cabanossi. Halve the sausage lengthways and cut into slices. Cut the ham into small pieces. Mix everything in a bowl. Add the tomatoes and stir in well. Put the whole thing in a roaster.
  • Mix the sour cream, cream, ketchup, water and thyme together. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the meat.
  • Let simmer in the oven at 200 degrees for 90 minutes. Remove the lid and simmer for another 30 minutes. Possibly add a little more water.
  • Serve with the baguette or fresh bread.
