also very tasty as a spread

Peel the cucumber and cut it into very small cubes (the cubes should be no larger than 5 mm, preferably a little smaller). I once tried shredding the cucumber over a grater to save myself the hassle of chopping, but I advise against it because the cucumber loses a lot of water and the dip becomes too runny. Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl with the diced cucumber. Add the sour cream, mix well, and season with herb salt to taste. If you like it a bit stronger, add a little more pepper. This dip tastes great with potato chips and is also delicious as a spread.
