  • ½ can mushrooms or 1/2 bowl fresh
  • ½ pack of ham
  • 1 handful of leftover cheese (e.g. grated Emmental, Gouda slices, …)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Recycling leftovers

Chop the ham and mushrooms into small pieces. Brown them in a pan with a little oil or butter, then add the sour cream and crème fraîche. Stir everything together, stir in the cheese, and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper once the cheese has melted. Tastes delicious with pasta, rice, polenta, or whatever else you have leftover that needs to be used up.
