Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 270 g potatoes
  • 150 g tuna
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 170 g vegetable mix (Leipziger Allerlei)
  • 1 small tomato(s)
  • 30 g sour cream
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes. Cook in a pan of salted water until tender. Meanwhile, dice the onions and fry in another pan. Add the tuna and Leipziger Allerlei and fry for a few minutes. Add the chopped tomato and continue frying until tender. Add the sour cream and vegetable stock and mix well. Season to taste with pepper, salt, chili flakes, and paprika. Add the diced potatoes and mix well. 300 kcal per serving.
