Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 2 tomatoes, fully ripe
  • n. B. Salt and pepper if you have them, or otherwise not
  • e.g. lemon juice, or if necessary omit
  • herbs of your choice

super fast, tasty and filling

Place the tuna and oil in a bowl, roughly shred it, wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, cut into large cubes, add to the tuna, season to taste, and mix. If you have parsley, chives, basil, or other fresh herbs on hand, please add them! Otherwise, this salad also tastes great with baguette or other fresh bread. Tip: If you have mozzarella in the fridge, you can dice it in too. The above is just the basic recipe; many variations are possible. Note: This recipe is intended for use when you don’t have your own kitchen, for example, on vacation.
