Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta, preferably tagliatelle
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 eggs
- 100 g cheese, grated (mozzarella or Emmental), possibly more
- oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with egg and cheese
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Meanwhile, dice the onion and ham and fry in oil in a deep pan. Then add the pasta and eggs, let it set briefly, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle the cheese over the pasta and let it melt briefly. If you want it to be extra savory, you can sprinkle more cheese on top afterward. A fresh, mixed salad goes well with this dish.
