Tuna baguette

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 baguettes for baking
  • 1 can of tuna, with or without oil
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ bunch of chives or some freeze-dried chives
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 80 g cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bake the baguette according to the instructions. Meanwhile, add the tuna (without oil or water), the mayonnaise, the chives, and the diced onion to a deep mixing bowl. Blend with a mixer and season with salt and pepper. Cut the baguette open. Spread the tuna cream on top, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
