Salami melt rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 rolls (baguette rolls), for baking
  • 2 onions
  • 600g salami
  • 2 packs of processed cheese – preparation (each pack 200g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

hearty and spicy

Dice the onion. Dice the salami. The finer the diced, the better. Mix the diced onion and salami with the two processed cheeses (light versions are perfectly fine and tasty). Cut the rolls open (a baguette stick works too, of course) and spread the spread on each half. Place everything on a baking sheet and bake at approximately 200°C (fan oven) until the rolls are golden brown. Enjoy with a nice cold beer! I always have it on skat nights. The spread also tastes great raw.
