Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans of tuna in water
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 80 g cheese, grated
  • 100 g quark
  • Sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the ingredients, place the mounds on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F). Do not preheat the oven. Serve with a nice bowl of salad or baguette.
