Tuna – Chickpea – Salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small can of chickpeas
  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • dill
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • lemon juice
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Add the drained tuna and chickpeas. Mix the mayonnaise with the spices and pour over the salad. Serve with garlic bread.
