Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • 1 can of tuna, approx. 195 g
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 2 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Drain the tuna. Meanwhile, finely dice the onion and garlic and place them in a bowl. Add the drained tuna and crème fraîche and mix well. Finally, season with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, and add the oregano. Mix again and refrigerate for half an hour. It can then be eaten as a spread or baked on toast with cheese.
