Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 spring onions
- 1 field cucumber(s) or ½ snake cucumber
- 3 gherkins
- 1 can tuna in its own juice (195 g)
- 5 tbsp cream cheese
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
as a spread or dip
Wash and dry the spring onions and gherkin. Trim the roots of the spring onions. Chop the spring onions, gherkins, and pickles as finely as possible. Discard the tuna juice and mix the tuna with the chopped spring onions, pickles, gherkins, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
