Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- 250 g mascarpone
- 3 tbsp cream
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- Pepper, preferably freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
delicious with crackers, toasted bread chips, grissini or fresh baguette
Drain the tuna -> then mix all ingredients with a blender.
