Tuna Lasagne (Kim Sanders)

- 750 g Tomatoes
- 400 g Canned tuna
- 1 Pc. Red onion
- 400 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 200 g Whipped cream
- 4 Pc. Mozzarella
- 1 shot Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 packet Lasagne sheets
- Roast the garlic in olive oil, dice the tomatoes and add. Let simmer for 10-15 min. Chop the onion and roast it with a little garlic, add the tuna and fry it. Add the crème fraîche and cream and simmer again for 10 minutes. Grease a mold. Then first pour some tuna sauce into the tin until the bottom is covered. Then a layer of lasagne sheets.
