Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 3 eggs
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 40 ml sunflower oil
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow or red
- 40 g flour
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 20 g Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- Paper cups
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
for 12 pieces
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan oven). Arrange the muffin cups on a muffin tray or place silicone muffin cups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drain the tuna. Meanwhile, finely chop the bell peppers. In a bowl, combine the tuna, eggs, natural yogurt, and oil with a spoon. Stir in the paprika, then the flour, Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the mixture among the cups and bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 25 minutes.
