Tuna Noodles Number 2,
The perfect tuna noodles number 2, recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Pasta
- 1 Tuna canned in oil
- 10 Capers in oil
- 1 small Chilli pepper
- 10 Black olives without stone
- 750 ml Sieved tomatos
- 0,5 bunch Parsely
- 1 tbsp Lime juice

- Maccharoncini – We chose this variety because they are hollow in the middle so the sauce goes everywhere.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- Fry the tuna oil in a pan with the finely chopped capers and the quartered pitted olives, as well as the finely chopped chilli pepper. Add after the roasted tuna. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the tomatoes on top and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add pasta and finely chopped parsley and stir.
- Season to taste and add 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
