Ingredients
 

  • 1 can Tuna
  • 1 Red peppers cut into slices
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic clove crushed
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 400 g Pasta penne
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes
  • 0,125 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 1 Chilli pepper fresh

preparation

  • 1) Drain the tuna (in water), cut the onions and peppers into small pieces / dice 2) Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente

Preparation of a pan dish

  • 3) Heat the pan, add the oil, sauté the onions and peppers, press the garlic into the pan. 4) Add the tuna, season to taste, possibly add a chopped chilli pepper and some pasta water, reduce / cook for a few minutes. 5) Mix in the quartered tomatoes, toss briefly, mix with pasta and fresh parsley, serve

Tip / serving suggestion

variant

  • As leftovers: add some cream and / or tomato paste to the tuna in the pan, let it cook in it, reduce the juice. Furthermore, jalapeños from the glass instead of the fresh chilli.

Variant "Maritime devil noodles"
