super tasty and unusual with curry and bamboo shoots

Cook the vermicelli in salted water with the curry spices. Meanwhile, in a salad bowl, mix the prepared mix as directed on the package. Cut the leek into small rings and the apple into small cubes. Then add them to the bowl along with the corn and the soy or bamboo shoots. Drain the cooked noodles (chop them into smaller pieces if necessary) and add them to the salad bowl. Gently mix everything well. Drain the oil from the tuna cans, “tear” the tuna apart with a fork, and add it to the salad. Mix gently again. Finally, season to taste with salt, vinegar, and sugar. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a while.
