Tuna puff pastry roll

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 roll of (to taste) dough from the refrigerated counter
  • 75 g natural yogurt
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 pack of mozzarella, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Then, combine the tuna, natural yogurt, and 2/3 of the mozzarella in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Spread the tuna mixture into a stripe down the center of the puff pastry and spread a little of the remaining mozzarella over it. Then, fold the two sides of the puff pastry over each other and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella. Bake the roll at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
