Sprinkles
- 120 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 little one Egg
- 100 g Soft butter
- 200 ml Warm milk
- 1 bag Dry yeast sufficient for 500g flour
- 1 bow Parchment paper
- 1,5 kg Pitted plums
- 4 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 150 g Diced butter
- Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Now add the warm butter and egg and mix with the dough hook. Now add the milk in sips. At the end, knead the dough lightly with your floured hands.
- Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking sheet. After about 30 minutes (can also be 1 hour) resting time, distribute the dough evenly on a baking sheet.
- Using a fork, prick the whole dough evenly.
- Now distribute the pitted, halved plums on the dough. Mix about 4 teaspoons with sugar and cinnamon and distribute on the plums.
- Now add the ingredients for the crumble to the bowl and mix quickly before the butter becomes too soft. Distribute the now crumbly sugar dough evenly over the plums.
- Place the cake on the middle rack in the oven for about 35-40 minutes at 200 ° C. If it has turned darker halfway through, please cover with aluminum foil and finish baking.
