Tuna roll

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 50 g flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp horseradish, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 400 g tuna

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix flour, milk, eggs, and oil into a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the dough onto the baking sheet (it should be very runny!) and bake at 225°C for about 15 minutes. Mix together the cream cheese, crème fraîche, horseradish, and spices and spread it on the cooled flatbread. Then add the tuna. Unroll the flatbread, wrap the roll in aluminum foil, and refrigerate for several hours. Then cut into slices about 2 cm thick. The tuna roll is perfect for a cold buffet or as a snack. Salami can also be used instead of tuna.
