Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g quark, low-fat
- 200 g sour cream
- 125 g mayonnaise
- 2 packs of frozen herbs (8-herb blend)
- 2 large lemons, juice
- 8 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper

The sauce is an all-rounder for grilled food, fondue or as a dip.
Combine the low-fat quark, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mash the garlic and stir in the lemon juice and herb mixture. Season with salt and pepper. It tastes especially good if you prepare the sauce a day in advance, so it can infuse well.
