Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and grate the cucumber. Sprinkle with a little salt. Finely slice the onion and add it. I blanch the onion rings briefly beforehand, which makes them easier to digest. Add the tuna and oil and mix everything together. Season with vinegar, pepper, and Maggi. Serve with rice and toss together on the plate.
