a quick single snack

Mix together a nice sauce from oil, water, balsamic vinegar, mayo, mustard, and lime juice. If it’s too acidic, feel free to add a small drop of sweetener. Peel the onion and garlic and finely grate them using a food processor, then let them simmer in the sauce for about 10-15 minutes. Then, finely chop the tuna with a fork and mix it with the corn into the finished sauce. The salad tastes best when it’s simmered for 30-40 minutes. Serve with a bread roll.
