Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g tuna (can), natural
- 100 ml cream
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch parsley, chopped
Instructions

Also delicious on tramezzini!
Drain the tuna. Trim the spring onions and roughly slice them into rings. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Season lightly with salt and pepper, and add a pinch of parsley. Blend until creamy, and the spread is ready.
