Cold tuna yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna, in infusion without oil
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 small onion(s) (or spring onion)
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, chives)
  • some marjoram
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

perfect on hot noodles – low in fat – delicious – super fast

Drain the tuna and mash it with a fork in a bowl. Finely chop the onion and add it with the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Season to taste. If you prefer a thicker sauce, use sour cream or crème fraîche instead of yogurt. It also tastes a bit spicier with hot paprika, a teaspoon of mustard, or a dash of Tabasco. This cold sauce on hot pasta is a dream; it can also be used as a dip or on sandwiches.
