Tuna sauce with minced meat and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 6 small capers
  • Tomato paste, as desired
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the onion until translucent, add the minced meat, and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Then add the mushrooms and tuna and heat through. Stir in tomato paste to taste. The capers are essential for flavor. You can always fish them out later if you don’t like them. I certainly wouldn’t miss them! Serve with spaghetti.
