Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350g spaghetti
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g salmon
  • 250 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ lemon(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • some turmeric
  • some chili powder
  • some dill
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bring sufficient pasta water to a boil and cook the spaghetti. Dice the onions and slice the salmon. Wash and finely chop the parsley and dill. (Dried parsley and dill also work well.) Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions. Add the salmon and fry briefly. Add the Soja Cuisine and reduce heat to medium. Add the honey and remaining spices and simmer. Season to taste. Arrange the pasta on a warmed plate and pour the prepared sauce over it.
