Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 leek(s)
- 3 cm chili pepper(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 200 g whipped cream
- 40 ml white wine
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 250 g pasta, e.g. E.g. spaghetti
- ½ bunch chives
- a few stalks of parsley
- some butter or oil for frying
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the king oyster mushrooms, bell peppers, and leeks into thin strips. Finely dice the chili pepper and garlic. Whip the heavy cream. Sauté the vegetables in butter or oil and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the white wine and continue to simmer over low to medium heat. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. When the pasta is almost cooked, add the lemon juice and about one-third of the cream to the vegetables and stir in. Mix the cooked pasta with the vegetables and the remaining cream. Finally, add the finely chopped parsley and chives.
