Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 point spaghetti or linguine
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cans of tuna, natural
- 2 cups sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- Vegetable broth, instant
- Tomato paste
- olive oil
- butter
- Cayenne pepper

Peel and finely chop the onions, and fry them in hot olive oil until translucent. Drain the tuna and add it to the onions. While frying, break it up a little in the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add the sour cream and stir until smooth and creamy. Season with vegetable stock and cayenne pepper. Finally, add tomato paste to taste and stir to combine. Mix with the pasta, which had been prepared according to the package instructions and tossed in a little butter, and serve.
