Tuna spread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice, 180 g each
  • 1 small onion(s), very finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of chives, cut into fine rolls
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled and diced
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • a little pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cl apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the tuna well and mix it with the remaining ingredients using a fork. Season to taste. If you like it spicy, add a few drops of Tabasco; I prefer the smoky flavor. The onions need to be chopped really finely; it tastes best that way. Tastes great with white bread, as a dip with crackers, or in a soft wrap.
