Tuna Tartar
The perfect tuna tartar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Tuna in oil
- 1 piece Pickled cucumber
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 teaspoon Capers
- 0,5 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 piece Hard boiled egg
- 3 tablespoon Sour cream
- 20 g Parsley for garnish
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- For the tuna, drain the oil, place in a bowl and mash.
- Finely chop the cucumber, half an onion, egg and capers and add to the bowl together with the mustard, tomato paste, lemon juice and sour cream.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir well.
- Cut the other half of the onion into rings.
- Place the tartare on a plate and garnish with the onion rings and parsley
- For a party, double or triple the ingredients depending on the number of people.
